Chandni Chowk will release after diwali

Akshay Kumar's much-awaited Chandni Chowk To China, directed by Nikhil Advani, was confirmed for Diwali release. But the film won't make it in the festive week.

"There's some technical problem that has to be rectified, it's not arriving in Diwali," said Nikhil Advani.

Advani adds: "The technical problem is being worked upon, but it is a time consuming process. The Prime Focus people are working on it. Plus, a lot of special effects are involved in our film. Our intention is to make a genuinely good film and we don't want to hurry up just because it's the Diwali week."

"Right now, we don't know the date yet. It could be November-end or December," Talreja reveals.

Meanwhile, those looking for a clash between SRK (Billo Barber) and Akki (Chandni Chowk To China) must be disappointed!

With Chandni Chowk To China not arriving in Diwali, there's a strong possibility that Golmaal Returns, which was scheduled to arrive on November 7, will be preponed to Diwali. Yuvraaj might arrive in November or December even January next year.
