Akshay Kumar is Dr Akshay Kumar and no, it’s not a new role. Khiladi Kumar has been felicitated with an honorary doctoral degree for his achievements in the field of art. Prior to him, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Shah Rukh Khan were honoured with the degree.
Commenting on the title, he said, “I am perhaps the only not so educated doctor. When I got it, I was just surprised.”

According to the recent reports, Akki is all set to participate in the Unforgettable Tour with the Bachchans. He said, “It’s in Toronto and I hope it’s really unforgettable for the audience. I’m looking forward to the tour as Canada holds a special place in my heart.” He is quick to add the other important reason. He says, “It’s a tour with Amitabh Bachchan. I have done seven films with him and don’t think there is anybody who has had that privilege yet.” Well, with an unforgettable team performing, the tour is not going to be anything less than that.
